Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been shipped.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the courier upon delivery and send us photos of the package and product.
If your parcel is lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
